Performance solutions was established in 2021 when Elvis and Alisha came into an opportunity to purchase Performance Hot Oiling, which was owned and operated by Bob Silver in the Devon area. Elvis worked beside Bob for many years as his preferred Hot oiler. Bob has been hot oiling since the 70’s and has passed on his legacy to Elvis. With Elvis’s skills and knowledge and Bob as a mentor we have created a successful growing business. We have very carefully hand picked our operators and take pride in our equipment and people. Our team is combined with over 90 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Starting at only the age of 16, Elvis has 34 years experience in the oil and gas industry, 24 years of this being in management. Friends and family used to call Elvis MacGyver for his ingenuity, and his sharp problem-solving skills, he is always able to create a solution for any problem or situation that may arise. Elvis successfully created, managed, and ran well servicing companies for 17 years with up to130 employees. Safety is his #1 priority, his company received safety COR consecutively year after year. Elvis has also consulted for the last 13 years looking mainly after rod rigs and hot oilers because of his 27 years experience with them. While also doing many workovers with service rigs.
